We’re really proud to share that we have been named as a finalist in the Digital & AI Transformation category at the Change Awards 2026.

The Change Awards celebrate excellence across the change profession, and being named a finalist reflects the strength of our delivery and our people centred approach to transformation.

Our shortlisted submission focused on supporting a complex, organisation wide digital and AI transformation for a growing organisation operating under intense Board and investor scrutiny. The programme combined cloud migration, new SaaS platforms, systems integration and the adoption of AI technologies, all delivered alongside robust change management at both portfolio and project levels.

A central element of the work was establishing an Innovation Hub and cross organisational Innovation Council, creating clear governance, prioritisation and delivery pathways for digital and AI initiatives. Alongside this, we led a phased implementation of Microsoft Copilot, combining pilot led learning, targeted rollout, hands-on change support and the creation of high value AI use cases to ensure adoption was driven by genuine business need rather than technology alone.

This approach helped build lasting internal capability, enabling teams to continue identifying and delivering AI enabled improvements long after the initial rollout.

We’re also especially proud that one of our fabulous consultants, Sinead McCarthy-Wilson, has been named a finalist in the Future Inspiration category. Her individual submission highlights her journey from public policy into people first change management, including leading AI enabled change programmes, supporting sensitive technology adoption, and strengthening internal change capability through practical tools and peer led support models.
