CMC are absolutely delighted to announce that our very own senior consultant, Jonathan Watkins, is a finalist for the IIBA UK Business Analyst of the Year Award 2024.

Jonathan is not only proof that it’s never too late to embrace a major career change, but also that good organisations invest in and encourage the development of their people. Having left the Royal Air Force, he started CMC as part of our Resourcing team and then joined our Business Analysis Development internal training programme. Fast forward to senior consultant level and he’s now a finalist at the BA of the Year Award.

We are thrilled that Jonathan’s creative thinking, commitment to business analysis and dedication to delivering the best transformational outcomes to our clients has been recognised.

The winner of the IIBA UK Business Analyst of the Year Award 2024 (generously sponsored by AssistKD) will be announced at the IRM UK BA Conference Europe, held in London on 16th-18th September 2024.
