With over 25 years’ experience of supporting organisational transformational change by applying business analysis and agile techniques, Lyn is an Agile Coach with the Scrum Alliance, a Fellow of the BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT and a Prosci® Practitioner. Lynda is co-author of the BCS books, ‘Agile from first principles’ (2022) and ‘Agile and Business Analysis’(2017) and experienced speaker and key note speaker on these subjects at European and international conferences.

An experienced change agility leader and facilitator, Mick is a keen advocate of helping people understand and thrive during complex change without overcomplicating situations. A Certified Change Management Professional, Experienced Prosci® Practitioner, Advanced Scrum Master and holding an MSc in Security Risk Management, Mick is also currently undertaking his Certified Agile Coaching qualification.

With 30 years’ experience in government service, Mark is a highly skilled programme management professional and leader, with an extensive background in delivering organisational change, security, ICT and technology projects. A Certified Prosci© Change Management Practitioner, SAFe 5 Agilist, Scrum Master and AWS Cloud Practitioner, he is also one of our qualified Mental Health First Aiders, with a passion for motivating and developing highly performing teams and individuals.
