Our goal is to build genuine, mutually beneficial relationships underpinned by honesty, respect and clarity. We pride ourselves on our sense of community. Our vision statement – ‘We succeed when you flourish’ – is not just a tagline. It says in a simple way that we want our people to grow, become
more accomplished, more confident and more able to help our customers achieve their goals. It says to our customers that their success is our success – delivering what they need is what we strive for.
Our permanent team continues to grow and we now require dedicated, security-cleared Change Managers to drive and implement business change through effective change management. Responsibilities are likely to include:

- Overcoming resistance to change
- Recognising skills gaps and supporting requisite training
- Ensuring change sticks and benefits are realised
As a permanent member of the team, you’ll join our thriving business change community of practice with the opportunity to contribute and shape its future development, and to be at the forefront of your profession. Successful candidates will have deep experience across multiple themes in the people side of change. You may be a member of ACMP or CMI and hold industry-recognised qualifications such as APMG change management.
